Terms & Conditions – 33ed Platform Rules

These T&C apply to all products and services offered on the 33ed platform, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and all other wagering activities. They apply to all players regardless of their location within Bangladesh, whether accessing the platform from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, or Cox's Bazar.

33ed reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time without prior notice. It is the Player's responsibility to review the T&C periodically. Continued use of the 33ed platform following any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised T&C. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.

Minimum Age and Capacity

To register and use a 33ed account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from opening or using a 33ed account. 33ed enforces this requirement rigorously and may request age verification documentation at any time.
• You must be registering and playing under your own name, using your own personal details, and funding your account from a payment method registered in your own name (e.g., your own bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account).
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement, whether imposed by 33ed or any other gaming operator.
• You must be acting in your personal capacity and not as an agent, broker, or representative of any third party.

Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 33ed platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If 33ed identifies that a Player holds more than one account, 33ed reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and withdrawals, and retain any balances as permitted by applicable law. Players who suspect their account has been duplicated or accessed without authorisation must contact 33ed support immediately.

Registration Requirements

When registering a 33ed account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. You must update this information promptly if it changes. 33ed is not responsible for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and may result in the permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

Identity Verification (KYC)

33ed operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. 33ed may require you to submit identity verification documents at any of the following stages:

• Upon registration or within a reasonable period after account creation.
• Prior to processing any withdrawal request, particularly withdrawals above a threshold determined by 33ed's internal risk assessment procedures.
• At any time that 33ed reasonably suspects that account information is inaccurate, that the account is being misused, or that age verification has not been adequately established.

All transactions on the 33ed platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 33ed does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a deposit or withdrawal method. Deposits made from a payment method that 33ed cannot verify as belonging to the registered account holder may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

33ed is not liable for any losses, delays, or technical failures arising from the payment networks of third-party providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard. Where a deposit does not arrive in a Player's account due to a technical failure on the payment network, the Player should contact both their payment provider and 33ed support with proof of transaction.

General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 33ed are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made. In addition, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to a wagering requirement (রোলওভার) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (বাজি ধরার শর্ত) for each offer is stated in the promotion's individual T&C.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement conditions.
• A Player may only claim a welcome bonus once per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotional offer multiple times using different accounts, devices, or payment methods constitute bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• 33ed reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to fair treatment of Players who have already accepted and begun using the relevant offer.

Free Spins

Free spins (ফ্রি স্পিন) awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the specific game or games designated in the promotional terms. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the applicable promotion. Unused free spins expire at the end of the validity period stated in the promotion's T&C.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33ed platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Attempting to manipulate or exploit software bugs, errors, or loopholes in any game or platform feature, including but not limited to RNG exploitation, latency abuse, or any form of technical manipulation intended to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other Players, including but not limited to sharing information in live games, coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes, or operating as a syndicate to abuse promotional offers.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the 33ed platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or the use of funds derived from unlawful activities to fund a 33ed account. 33ed cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities where such activities are suspected.

Consequences of Violations

Where 33ed determines that a Player has engaged in prohibited conduct, 33ed may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice: immediately suspend or permanently close the Player's account; void all bets placed during or in connection with the prohibited conduct; withhold and forfeit all or part of the Player's balance, including deposited funds and any winnings; and take any further action required by applicable law, including reporting the activity to relevant authorities.

33ed provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Players: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players may request the activation of any of these tools by contacting 33ed customer support or through the account settings interface where available. Deposit limit reductions and self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.

33ed encourages all Players to approach gaming as a form of entertainment and to set clear personal limits before beginning any session. The platform recommends that Players set a session budget in advance, take regular breaks, and never chase losses. All content on the 33ed platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of 33ed or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these T&C. No Player may copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the 33ed platform or its content without prior written authorisation from 33ed. Any unauthorised use of 33ed's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may result in civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33ed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the 33ed platform or any service offered through it. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if 33ed has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 33ed's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with a single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident in question.

33ed makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and circumstances beyond 33ed's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. 33ed will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime. Any bets placed during a period of demonstrated system malfunction may be voided by 33ed at its sole discretion.

33ed reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Where 33ed makes a material change to these T&C, it will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Players by posting a notice on the platform or sending a notification to the registered mobile number or email address associated with the Player's account. The continued use of the 33ed platform after any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised T&C. Players who do not accept the revised T&C should cease using the platform and may request the withdrawal of their available balance before closing their account.

These T&C and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction in which 33ed is registered. In the event of any dispute between a Player and 33ed, the Player should first contact 33ed customer support in writing via the official support channel, setting out the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. 33ed will endeavour to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
